The Investment Process

Making an investment in a worldwide project or property is simplicity itself.

1. Tell us exactly what you are looking for.
• Your budget
• The type of property or project you are looking for
  
• The type of location
• What timescales you have to make the investment.
2. We will speak to you and provide you with more information on posible options of interest.
• The kind of return you can make
• Information on management leases, tenants etc as required
• Various other information you will need to make the investment.
  
3. To go further you must provide a Letter of Intent (which we can supply) and Proof of Finance.
• This information is used only to allow the seller (and their mandated agent) to contact you and allows you to prove quickly that you can afford the investment opportunity.
4. It may also be necessary to agree an appropriate fee, payable upon making the purchase.
• This will generally be no more than 3% (+ VAT) and depends on the value of the investment.
• This allows you to freely negotiate the purchase price with the seller, knowing up front what additional fees are required, rather than have to pay over-the-top commissions.
  
5. The seller and yourself can begin negotiation, and you can access confidential information supplied by the seller for the purposes of evaluating the purchase. We are here to help you, but we will step out of the loop to ensure direct communication.
